Sky are aware and will be looking to see what the cause is and how to fix it. That the phones are white hot is predictable so dont waste time calling.

It is not affecting every user my own boxes are working on ch129 and every other channel I checked. I amon Sky's broadband given the nature of thecfault it could be a networking issue so it might help if people posted which ISP they are using.

My isp is vodafone but that isn't the problem as I am watching on iptv with no problem.

Re: technical fault with channel sky glass

I'm with Vodafone FTTP and I don't appear to have any issues watching live TV right now.

Re: technical fault with channel sky glass

Did a 5 min reboot and it appears to be working now. Have had stable live channels for the last 20 mins or so.

@Theoldsloth its almost certianly not a connectivity issue as such  but can be related to network configuration stopping streams. It is a known issue with at least one mobile.broadband provider.

Re: technical fault with channel sky glass

Playlist will just play on demand content. The issue is with live TV streams going by the posts on here.

No it's not an option for everyone.

I'm on a puck downstairs and I'm glad I left the Ariel set up

Re: technical fault with channel sky glass

I unplugged the Internet and the TV for 5 minutes then fired up again, all seems to be working OK , been watching for about 30 minutes now with no issues, previously had Neen getting the blue screen message every 5 minutes.

Glad it's not just me, been driving me mad all afternoon.  Powered off for a few minutes and retested with the same issue.
