technical fault with channel sky glass

every 5 mins on every channel ... any suggestions how to fix ??

Still getting freezing issues and now blue screens on ITV live.

thinking of going back to Q now after a year of this and nothing being done.

fobbed off by sky all the time saying it's my set up which it's not as it's been checked.

Getting very close to the last straw now

Can anybody help the streaming puck that comes with sky glass is literally driving us up the wall, keeps freezing, screen goes blue saying technical fault with channel, if i could go back to sky Q i would jump at the chance worst thing we ever bought.  Glass TV is lovely just the streaming side is rubbish!

I have tried turning the puck off and re-start it and problems are still happening.

Same here, reboot of TV and router(also Sky) not fixed..

We are seeing it on 5 USAHD at the moment, every few minutes. Other channels are fine.

Happening to me also. The TV, don't know about the pucks yet.

Screen goes blue and says there's a technical fault. Happening on ITV and BBC 2. Haven't tried other channels.

Same here I'm in Ireland just saying there is a technical fault with this channel only happening since about 2.50 this evening on both pucks

I only have Stream and its happening on all channels.

It doesnt say the reason for the fault, it just says, try again later, it's getting annoying now. Every ten minutes.

Are we all on network cable or wireless? Don't think its linked to the issue but I am wireless but like I said if we flick up and down a channel the "faulty" channel is fine for a few minutes again..

can you ask one of the mods if this can be looked into please. Seems quite a few are experiencing
