I would forget it if I was you.
I have been waiting since the middle of January for an engineer vist. Twice I have stayed home on the promised date for OVER 5 hours, no one turned up and no one called. I have sent over 20 e-mails to so called customer service and I haven't had a single reply.
Trying to call is impossible unless you have hours to sit waiting on the relephone
The only correspondence I have received is a letter telling me that I have to pay for the last 6 weeks even though I have no SKY.
If you can switch to Virgin or some other as SKY only want to take your money without giving ANY service.

They can be contacted by Twitter and Facebook Messenger and when phoning calling early morning is the best time to get through quicker.

Absolute rubbish a two week wait when we've already had problems before that obviously haven't been sorted properly. Paying a fortune every month for a terrible service.

AS I have already stated . I have no Sports, Films , and intermitting flashing on normal screen. I have tried everything but to no avail. Why am I paying 70.00 each month. So when am I am going to have an Engineer out.

Somebody replied to your previous post elsewhere asking you to clarify whether you have Sky+ or Sky Q, but you haven't responded.

Tell us what you mean by intermittent flashing. Is this the picture breaking up into coloured squares? Any error message on screen? Does it happen only on live programmes?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@winterswalking doesn't sounds like a satellite signal problem from your description. If you've tried all the suggestions here, click on the link to book am engineer: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-q/fixing-sky-q/fixing-live-tv/picture/diagnostics/fix-pi...

By far the easiest way is to book an engineer via the Help section of the website... however, it seems put luck where the link is; I found it buried within the menus.
Here is the direct link, but I found it as follows:
Help>Sky TV> Sky Q> Fixing a Problem>Sky Q Equipment
My problem is that the box disconnects from the network erratically but regularly. It also sticks on standby and cannot be turned on other than restarting by unplugging. HOWEVER, follow similar links and there is no option for engineer. Instead, go to :
...Sky Q Equipment Box is warm or noisy...
Scroll down to see the link to book an engineer...Huzzah! Has worked for me twice, since the issue occurred recently and repeated with the new/replacement box.
Direct link: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/book-engineer
Hope that helps.
