No Power in Sky+ Box

One of my Sky+ boxes no longer has power, i have checked the power lead and this is working fine, 

cannot get through to speak to anyone,

You could obtain a replacement used box from the likes of ebay, possibly more cheaply than a refurbished box from Sky, if they're still providing them at all. Look for either a DRX890 or DRX895 model.

As @Mark39 take a look on Ebay. Don't pay much more than £30 for one though. There are some toerags listing them for silly prices in the hopes of catching out someone gullible but there are millions of them floating around.
