Waiting for TV Schedule

Since early this afternoon I can only access recorded shows and catch up on my sky Q box...I have followed all the instructions and it's still showing this...

Try to reboot your Q box.

Press Standby on your Sky Q remote and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait a few seconds before you press Home on your Sky Q remote which should change the light to green and home screen should appear.

@Davejersey The mini TV in your picture say no satellite signal so your dish might be out of alignment. You may need to arrange an engineer.

Thanks for the tip...have done this 4 maybe 5 times in the last hour...nothing

Only every seem to have problems when sky have a new product to release...can't help being suspicious 🤨
