Viewing Card

  • Error message: "Please ensure the correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up "
  • Tried wiping & reinserting but no change 
  • Also turned off & on

Any ideas? Many thanks

Hi @Gillian454 

Assume it's inserted chip end first.

When it is pushed in correctly you should feel a slight click as it engages.   Push it in again and it pops out slightly so that you can grip it to remove it.

First make sure that it is correctly engaged and hasn't slightly popped out.
