Since early this afternoon I can only access recorded shows and catch up on my sky Q box...I have followed all the instructions and it's still showing this...

Try to reboot your Q box.
Press Standby on your Sky Q remote and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait a few seconds before you press Home on your Sky Q remote which should change the light to green and home screen should appear.

Only every seem to have problems when sky have a new product to release...can't help being suspicious 🤨
