Ofcom can only regulate in areas where it has power to do so: that goes back two decades to Parliamentary legislation which predates fast internet entirely and is now demonstrably unfit for purpose.

 

The white paper proposing changes (which would, for example, have brought Netflix under Ofcom oversight) was three Prime Ministers ago...

Don't have Glass but have Sky Q with VM Internet, no problems at all until today, no Internet connection the the Sky Q box, tried wired and wireless, did all the reboots and resets. Called Sky was told there were issues with VM still not fixed itself hoping by tomorrow it will be corrected.

Have you tried switching it off at the socket and then back on? 

 

Might be worth restarting your hub as well as lots have posted back to say it working now.
