Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Daniel141026 I have Glass and turning on the Networked Standby mode resolved my network issues but It seems as though this is not your problem.
As already suggested, maybe give Sky a call to discuss the issues you are having. Good luck 🤞

Every other device is currently connected to my virgin internet except sky.
this has been an ongoing issue with my to and my two pucks,
it's now been nearly three hours.

I am having the same issue. No problem with the internet connection for my Apple TV that is connected to my sky glass. But my sky glass connects to the router but not an internet connection. Connected with an Ethernet cable for both my sky glass and Apple TV. Sort it out sky.

Hi I am having this issue with my Sky glass & 2 pucks saying there is no internet connection but I have internet on all other devices. I am on virgin broadband - it worked perfectly until last night and then suddenly got no internet notificiation on all sky streaming devices. @Chloe-W22 was this resolved?

Same here - no service.
sky glass 65in and Puck have both decided Virgin Wi-Fi isn't for them.
Both were connected via Wi-Fi to a hub 5 last night and working fine.

Just to add, every single other item in the house on Wi-Fi is fine.

@Fothergill1 wrote:@Daniel141026It is beyond the realm of probability that all 3 of your devices have malfunctioned at the same time so the problem will no doubt be with your router or the Glass/puck settings.
That is incorrect, whilst it is highly improbable that all 3 will fail at the same time, it is not "beyond the realm of probability"

Our sky glass is not working, says connected to our router, but the router having issues with the internet. Down load speeds fine, everything else is working. We are with Virgin. Any one know what's going on? It was working fine yesterday and last night.

Exact same thing here in Middlesbrough, Virgin broadband & 65" Sky Glass saying no internet connection, but every other device in home working fine.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI am with Virgin and when connected by Ethernet Iv got no isssues.
If possible use an Ethernet to see if this eliminates the issue.

Wouldn't it be funny if Sky had suddenly decided, in a fit of rage, to prevent Virgin Media broadband being used with Glass & Stream? Or maybe it's vice versa and Virgin are preventing their own network from accessing a rival company's streaming service...
Virgin Media only allow their own Virgin Stream system to be used with Virgin broadband... so it's not beyond the realms of possibility!

We are also having this issue today. I have contacted Sky.
