Out of the blue my Puck has decided it can't connect to my broadband. I've tried wired and WiFi. Wired it says its connected to the router but with no connection to the internet and via WiFi it will find my SSid but after entering the password it still wo t connect.
My broadband is fine. My laptop will connect via erthenet and WiFi and the same with my phone.
I've reset the router and soft reset the Puck numerous times.
Hoping somebody on here has had thesame problem and managed to get it fixed?

Are you with Virgin?
Unfortunately there's an issue with Virgin & Sky which is currently being investigated.
Thanks,
Tim

Just come back up

Do we have a rough idea of when it will be back up and running again?
I loved the idea of sky glass but in reality if there is a slight issue with the internet then my tv goes tumbling down with it. It's very frustrating and happens too often!

Any advice, I can't connect my sky glass to virgin broadband. Called sky and got cut off after 40 mins of holding on. This has happened before and it's a nightmare. None of the puck boxes work or the sky glass tv!

Getting this issue again today
Sky stream is saying no internet but can connect to router.
puck is wired in
I'm posting this on a computer connected to the same network and the internet is working fine.
Is this a rerun of the issues in March?
tried rebooting everything
no change

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Daniel141026It is beyond the realm of probability that all 3 of your devices have malfunctioned at the same time so the problem will no doubt be with your router or the Glass/puck settings.
As an initial step I would go to settings / Start up & Standby menu and make sure that Networked Standby mode is turned ON. This will stop the device from disconnection the network when in standby mode.
Once you have changed these setting I would reboot both your router and devices (switch off at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching back on again).
If that doesn't help then maybe phone Sky to discuss your options.
