Same here, lack of info from sky as always. At least Virgin did go through some stuff with me and try and fix any issues which they couldn't find. Sky lady first time I called at 7:30 said was virgin issue. Next time they were now looking into it but just to keep trying my TV until it works. Awesome

Sky - Can we have an ETA on the fix please... virgin confirmed its no end user issue their side and its a configuration patch issue with Sky!

I have the same issue. Connects to router but not the internet. It's ridiculous. Why is there always issue with sky having connectivity issues with virgin. This is not the first time this has happened

I can't even get the settings on the Sky Glass to allow me to change to my mobile hotspot. The help section online says reset, confirm then choose WiFi or ethernet but mine doesn't give me the option of Etherley or WiFi it just keeps trying through the ethernet. I've even tried unplugging the wire while I do it?! My autistic son is going to be completely thrown by this when he gets home from school. And by the looks of it it's been going on all day so you would have thought it was fixed by now or at least an estimate. No communication at all from Sky?

Down here too. New Sky customer. As someone who has worked in major incident management for the past 10 years, the lack of communication is extremely poor. Is there a service status page that we can check?

Who is at fault here? My Virgin internet is working perfectly but sky stream won't work. Same issue as everyone else - puck connects to router but not the internet.
There have been no issues before, so what changed?!

Sky Stream stopped working for me today through Virgin Media broadband. Everything else in the household works fine through VM so the issue must be with you, Sky. When can we expect a fix?
It is not turning out to be a great service with the remote dying and having to be replaced. And now this.
