Upgrade your subscription subscription

Hi I turned on my tv this evening and it says to use this channel you need to upgrade your subscription! And my sky broadband is working but not Tv! Bill is paid 16th July! What do I do??

hi @Aija+Majore 

 

Try a power down reset of your main SKY Q box :

 

 Use the remote to place it into standby mode

 Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

 Wait at least 30s

 Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

which channel?
is it just that channel?
are you trying to watch/record in HD?
have you got the HD package?
