issues with sky q apps they run for a few mins the shut my sky q box down

every month for 2 weeks i have massive issues with my sky q apps i can logg into to watch something but within a few mins my sky q box shuts down im startin to get really annoyed i tried callin sky but after bein on hold for over an hour i gave up this happens every month for about 2 weeks

Hi @demongoddess  Try a basic reboot of your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

tried that but doesnt work gettin fed up of it now
