Hi
My Bill is due to go up this month, can I ask why sky are increasing some parts of the packages by more than the 10% maximum, ie HD up from £5 to £6 a 20% increase, my entertainment from £12 to £14, more than 15%.
has anyone been able to contact sky and ask why they are breaking there own terms and conditions,

@g1nge I think it's the overall bill not an individual package based on the package costs without the discounts.

@g1nge , I note that Sky are applying their general price increase as per their contract docs.,I negotiated a very good price when I signed up to my latest 18 month contract. Consequently my bills have gone dramatically and on top of that I have been able to pause sport. For me my monthly bill at end of April will be £68 for Sky Q, UHD, box sets, cinema, sport & Netflix with two minis and my broadband/phone. I was paying close to £160 three years ago for the same services.

Hi my bill is due next week and due to self isolating Iv had no wages and no work until lockdown is lifted I have no funds to pay my bill I have 4 young kids also here that rely on your services Iv trued to call but it's not happening Is there any type of help with this ??

@Jh44 I'm now seeing an increasing number of posts from people who have exercised patience, used the phone option and been answered relatively quickly. The posts also relate how polite and helpful the CS staff have been. You will need to speak to Sky to resolve your issue. This is a customer only forum we are not Sky.

Hi I am a nurse for the NHS, and my next bill seems to be enormous, and the one after that even bigger. I dont understand the layout of the bill on the sky Q box. My latest bill due april 26th I expected to be higher as I had just got a new deal adding phone and broadband. its higher than i expected though, and the next month its enormous. I dont understand the layout or why its so high. I cant get hold of anyoneone to talk about it in the little spare time i have. I dont understand why sky are putting me through this when im allready under so much stress.
how do I get somone to talk to? I cannot afford these bills? and they are totally unjustified.

I don't understand how I am supposed to contact Sky. I have been charged for a movie that was supposed to come out of my Sky store credit but instead it has been added onto my bill and now I am going to struggle with my bill!! Help!!

Hi @Muye, if you have a Sky Store credit you would need to use this on SkyStore.com and not your Sky TV. If you choose to purchase a Buy and Keep from SkyStore.com you can then send it to your Sky box.

@rolly12345 well as a BT customer myself as well as Sky what do you perceive as the difference between the two apart from Q having much better hardware?

Buddy reading through a few of your reply's to us you don't really know much you either think you know the answer which is not a way to answer a customer service question you tell us your not sky yet at the top of this page it's got a sky logo is there anything you actually know 🤔

As you're neither tagging your posts or using the quote facility it's difficult to know who you're replying to? Regardless, using the term "buddy" is hardly the way to start a conversation. This is a customer to customer forum, the people on here are all customers just like yourself and no one has access to any accounts. The site is monitored by a few Sky employees who do try to point customers in the right direction. However, they too have no access to anyones Sky account. I hope this answers any lingering queries you may have?
