Hi sky have just took £100 out of my bank when I already paid £70 so I only needed to pay £60 but they took the whole £100 so I want refunded

As we are all customers here we can't get your refund. You will need to call sky free on 150 to arrange.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere is clearly more to this then you have told us here as Sky wouldn't take a £100 unless it was owed on your account so as you have a payment method setup why did you make this payment yourself, are your services suspended for example ?
