I am still having issues after contacting discovery + numerous times no further forward, phoned Sky today they said they couldn't help because its an issue with DP, how is everyone else doin?

Went to sign in app today and above sign in boxes I have the message "Your Sky Q offer has already been activated. Please sign in to access discovery+." - excited!!
However whe I sign in my iPad tells me something went wrong. At least it's a different error.

@IanS63 I got the same but my error is taking me a screen saying refresh your subscription and get stuck on that ???? 😡😡

I've already been through that option - the refresh button did nothing. Just tried again on my laptop and again login screen states my sky subscription is already activated. So I log in and.......................error 404!!
I'm giving up until we get some action from Sky and/or D+ to resolve this.

I am absolutely disgusted with Sky. I have been receiving emails from 'support' giving me a list of things to do. Of course, none of them work. Then they tell me to raise it with Discovery+. I actually did that before contacting Sky having seen what had been posted on here. Discovery+ said it was down to Sky and if you look on your 'account' through their website it shows I have no active subscritpions. Sky are the only ones who can actually rectify this but it seems that robotic answers of email is their way forward!

I been back and forty to both, told its the update on the discovery plus app and won't be fixed until DP sort the app sometime the beginning of February

My free subscription expired, so I signed up to continue watching, this was £4.99 a month but now I can't seem to continue watching 90 day fiance new episodes of season 5? I'm wondering if I've picked the wrong subscription?

I've been trying for a few days to try to sort this.😠
According to my SKYQ box, I definitely have a subscription for Discovery+ on my Sky package at the moment, but no matter what I do, no matter how many times I've 'activated' or 'reactivated' the account, no matter how many times I've been told "You're all set to go!", when I go to my account on Discovery+ it tells me I have no subscription.
And when I next try to open the app on the SKYQ box, I get told to subscribe and refresh the page, or log out, and it won't let me proceed. I've read here that there does seem to be an error, but when will this be resolved? Why aren't Sky keeping us up-to-date?
I take it Sky are going to credit us with extra days for the time we couldn't access the service? No, I didn't think so. What has happened to Sky? They used to be one of the best, but I feel that they no longer care about customers, and it seems to be constant issues now, for many. Not good at all. 😞

It's now 4th Feb, and after several days of trying to get Discovery+ to work, nothing. The SKYQ box tells me I have a subscription for Discovery+, but no matter what I do, or how many times I have tried, I can't get the Discovery+ app to recognise that I have a subscription with them via Sky. Is this a similar issue for others? What are Sky doing about this? I'm getting really fed up with it all now. 😠 Sky just don't seem to care about its customers any more.

I was having issues reactivating the Discoveryplus app on SkyQ but managed to resolve them First login to your Discoveryplus app. Go to your account and click Help. You can then use the chat bot which after a couple of clicks on the preset questions about activating your SkyQ D+ app you will get a step by step list and a link to the correct page where you can enter a code. This code should come up on your SkyQ app if you click on the sign in with SkyQ button at the bottom of the registration page. I tried all the other approaches but kept going round in circles. But now it is working😁😁

I've copied below the instructions I got from the discoveryplus help page on their website. These worked for me as the link gets straigth through to the activation page. My previous post was slightly misleading as it iimplied yo ucan do this solely through the SkyQ D+ app.
try it and see if it works for you.
1- Restart your Sky box.
2- Open the d+ app on your TV, and have the pairing code ready.
3- On a PC's web browser go to the discovery website and login into your account. ( If you don't have one you can use another device).
4- Then open https://auth.discoveryplus.com/gb/link?flow=CTVMvpdLogin
5- You will then be taken to the device pairing page.
6- Once you have entered the code it will confirm whether or not the code has been accepted.
