Try the following
Follow the instructions you see onscreen when launching the Discovery+ app on your Q box
Select log in
You'll be taken to the screen with the activation code and a new URL link for Discovery which is https://auth.discoveryplus.com/gb/link you need to do this part on your mobile, tablet, laptop etc
Log on to your Discovery+ account
Enter the activation code - this will activate your Sky Q box/Sky Glass

Yes tried all the suggestions in the replies. Everything goes back to the exact same page telling me to reactivate your subscription.

@Lacking+Ambiton apparantly Discovery are releasing a further update to the app in the next week or so hopefully this will solve the problem for those still having problems

Hi. Had to root out my MacBook laptop and did it on there through Chrome and finally worked. But thanks for everyone's help! @Laing1

I have been going in circles too for days with the tablet not recognising the code on the television. Today I logged on to Discovery on my laptop and it worked straightaway. I recommend using a computer, not a phone or tablet.

Ah well mine worked on phone and not co Peter or tablet. Its just a luck thing. Took 3 days of random trying.

I am having the same problem have spoke to sky and they seem to be saying the channel (discovery plus)are having problems with new updates. But it's driving me mad 😡

I have been trying to log into discovery plus also for the past two hours and get the same as everyone else! You think you got it choose your program make a cuppa and kicks put to the same message!!!

@Chloe-W22 @It's resolved now thanks Chloe using a different device (iPhone and iPad not worked but Mac did) It must be a software conflict issue.

If you get a blank screen on the link try using a different web browser

Hi, I tried everything told to try with no success, tried with my phone and my tablet with no luck at all, just sheer and utter flusteration!

@RosieR1962 I know! Took me days and tried other family devices. Seems like we just need luck. Not a very professional setup and sooo frustrating :-@
