I noticed that microphone works which will do for now, yes.

saw another post where someone followed a link for replacement remote, so thought that might have been issue?

Many posts on this fault. Use your voice remote & say tv guide, works that way until Sky fix it apparently.

Hi, I signed up for my sky glass tv in December and it is starting to freeze and tell me that there are no channels available plus the home screen won't load up,at the moment it is a very expensive advertising screen for sky channels but yet I can't get anything that I'm paying for

Nope, Stream is affected too. Sky Cinema A-Z is now the home screen and no way to navigate back from it. Voice works and requesting TV Guide works which at least give you the ability to scroll through the channels.

First of all I thought my missus had messed things up because we only got the Puck yesterday.
