Sky glass menu not working

Mines the same this morning, stuck on sky cinema menu, voice control works though to get the channel we want.

"Sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available "

Just blue screen

Anyone else help??

I've got up this morning to no channels on my glass TV , Ive unplugged it and left it unplugged and still no channels . Bill is also paid 

Have anyone got any ideas what's going on

Not yet. Still the same. Only could use voice control-say TV guide...

@Wincobank no need to reboot the issue is at Sky's end use voice control which works.

Mine is the same. Definitely an error at Sky's end. Hopefully they'll fix today.

perhaps they are doing the update to instal the updates for individual playlists...

@robnnikki multiple posts reporting a system wide fault.voice control will load a channel for you eg "BBC One"

Having the same issue, I cannot get this message off. I've tried turning TV off and the internet and this doesn't help at all - anybody else having this issue??
