This happened a while back too and I resolved by luck but can't seem to sort it this time and I've spent nearly an hour at it. When we turned on the TV this morning sky glass was frozen on a film menu page and I'm unable to return to Home Screen. Have tried multiple TV and sky glass reboots but no help. If I use the voice activated control I can access other things as usual,  but even then it refuses to then return me to Home Screen. It's very frustrating and just another to the list of issues I have with the equipment. As soon as my 2 year repayment period for the tv is up later this year I intend to change.,

Same here. Have tried everything, reset, turning off and leaving for 20mins. Just comes on Sky Cinema, good tip with voice control.

Whilst I'm here, noticed the other day that some content was looking ropey, fixed after changing picture from Auto to UHD.

Desperate to find a positive spin, at least it's not as bad as the, unwatchable in UHD, Puck-up in the other room.

Hi, if you press mic button and ask for a channel of your choice it gets round the streaming issue. Good luck.

Nothing on the remote works apart from the voice button so no I can't and when you reset it just goes back to Sky cinema as home screen

Also having the same problem. Sky Glass stuck on sky cinema. Tried unplugging etc but nothing has worked.

Turned on Tv to watch breakfast news but this appeared on the screen. Sky Glass sorry but there are currently no programmes of this type available and no channels listed.

Have you made sure that the mic is turned on at the side of your TV? Your voice command should work if it's on.
