Hi im in the north east same issue stuck on sky cinema. My daughter has autism and her morning routine been disrupted by this! Thankfully ive managed the voice control to find peppa pig to divert major upset

Hi, try this - if you press mic button and ask for a channel of your choice it gets round the streaming issue. Good luck.

Re: Turned on my sky glass this morning, it loaded the A to Z sky cinema screen.

had less than a week and mine doing this today, tried reset keeps going back to a-z cinema screen

Using remote voice control ask to "show playlist" which shows your playlist and includes favourite channels. So you can see what's on now for favourite channels and select a channel.

It's a fault a Sky's end. They are aware of the fault and are investigating. Voice control still works, until it's fixed.

It's so annoying, had nothing but issues since buying the TV. Appears it's not the best purchase and more of a headache.!!!!

Same is happening for me. Voice control working but not anything else. Rebooted twice but nada. I guess it's a Sky issue since there are many of us having the issue so hopefully it's resolved soon.

Yugo2007..which HDMI port is your Firestick using? Tried mine for the first time in our Glass tv and it kept losing the internet within a minute of being turned on. .?
