Hi, if you press mic button and ask for a channel of your choice it gets round the streaming issue. Hopefully works for you.

Re: Turned on my sky glass this morning, it loaded the A to Z sky cinema screen.

Same with my tv this morning. Hope this gets sorted soon!

Hi thanks- yes I had already been using voice button which is fine. Had to leave TV to travel to work but now thread lots of similar posts. I had once before and not sure if I accessed it through using voice button to take me into settings and then doing something.

I have got a message when I try and press the home button "sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available".

 

Tried turning on and off at the wall and still not working.

Many posts on this fault. Sky are aware and are working on it. Use your voice remote & say tv guide, works that way until Sky fix it apparently.

Same situation here since around 6AM. Have found these pucks a little unreliable in terms of crashes, app issues and now this. Hopefully teething problems as, when it works, this is the perfect solution for us.
