Re: Has anybody else got a problem with sky glass being stuck on sky cinema? Both main tv and puck

We've also had exactly the same problem after the TV underwent an update this morning. I tried a factory reset which didn't work. You can still use the voice control button to get to the guide and access all channels and apps. It feels like Sky are still experimenting with Glass!

Re: I turn on my tv sky glass and it just keep saying sorry there currently no programmes of this ty

Same here. Looks like everyone with Sky Glass is affected. Using voiced command to watch anything at the moment 😕

Re: Sorry there are no programmes of this type available

I have got the same issue but have been able to use my voice button to get to channel. Not ideal but hopefully it will get sorted soon.  Seems to be all of U.K.  I belong to a Sky Glass Facebook group and it's being reported lots on there

Re: My sky glass says, sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available.

Thanks thats works but when you press the home button it takes you back to the error message again. It must be a UK Wide Sky Glass issue. I hope the get it resolved asap.

Re: Menu screen

Good morning @lilmissj ,

I'm sure they'll be looking into it.

Especially with the widespread outcry from customers.

Cheers,

Jamie

Re: The Home Screen on Sky Glass isn’t working

The same has happened with mine. Use voice control to open up the TV guide, you can select a channel from there.

Re: Sky stream stuck on A-Z of sky cinema

Out of interest.. how was this post marked as 'the answer' as it isn't a fix for the issue and isn't an update from Sky with a fix eta
