Same here, problems do happen but it's really poor that the Sky status page doesn't recognise or report the issue!

This is the same for me had to use the voice control to get BBC, I've had the tv since august, only problems are it freezes quite a lot and has to be switched on/off if day this has happened half a dozen times

Just to add to this thread. I'm having the exact same issue as everyone else with my Glass TV. Strangely, the voice control (that I find utterly useless, as it never works) is today the only way to get BBC. But, to be clear, I'm not receiving the service I contracted to receive from Sky.

It's just unfortunate that at 3am you don't always know what's on tv - ended up watching so much news it's depressing 🤣
