Sky glass

Using the voice control works, thank to the previous person who suggested this. All of my punks and Sky Q are not working too, so just assumed it was nationwide.

Both Sky glass and puck are just showing Sky Cinema screen. Home page isn't thereZ  Only way to get to TV Guide, Apps and playlists is through voice.  Have done full resets and the issue hasn't resolved.

I have the same issue, and I don't understand why you can't change the HMDI source either so I could at least play on the playstation or watch things through the playstation

To switch to hdmi use voice control software say switch to HDMI 1 or whatever port 🙂

Phew thanks everyone i thought it was just mine lol yes used voice control to get to bbc1 news then just used the channel numbers to change channel. I have also used  the voice control to get netflix etc. hope they fix it soon 🙄

Use the mic button on the remote and say TV guide until they fix it.

sky glass not working , as I can see , it's a wide spread issue , get it together sky and sort it out ..

I've just pressed the microphone button and said hello sky take me to to guide and it's working again hope this helps!

You have been extremely lucky , we've had a replacement tv, lots of teething issues to start  but now just seems to be one thing after another - wish I'd stuck with Sky Q

Yep, this is certainly not a good look for Sky!

You can use voice commands to navigate but the main menu is "not very well".

Hope someone at Sky realises soon and puts out an update to us all
