I turn on my tv sky glass and it just keep saying sorry there currently no programmes of this ty

Having the same issue myself, unfortunately a weakness has been pointed out with Sky Glass.... If it's not connected to the service you don't seem to be able to use another media option like Blu Ray/DVD player or even Xbox. I think I will be returning mine and swapping my contract.

Hi,

My glass is only loading sky cinema menu and won't load anything else.

Tried resetting router and tv, remote speech is working but won't load live tv programs only apps or playbacks etc.

Yes we have the same issue, happened before and quick fix was to turn unit off and restart the unit. Sadly this has not worked this time, must be a bigger problem. Will have to watch Batman rather than Kay Burley this morning.

Did a reset also as new to sky stream puk& all was working ok at 12.30am , got up at 5.30 to this issue . Thought we'd done something but looks like there are a lot of us with the same issue. Hope Sky get it sorted soon

Same here tried unplugging to reset but it's the same!! Never had any issues with tv wired

@Suvs given the large number of posts all reporting the samething no need to start a new thread. Its a fault at Sky's end rebooting your box etc wont cure it. In the meantime use voice search/control and watch whatever you want.

I have the same issue but speaking into the remote you can get BBC one. By saying Play BBC One

I'm thinking the same to be honest as already been having issues having to keep switching it off at the mains or it just freezes and it then resets itself

I've woken to my tv doing the same. Tried turning off tv at wall but no diff.

You can use the voice on remote to open a tv channel.

Not impressed given the amount i pay for this subscription
