Sky glass screen stuck on sky cinema, won’t load from remote

Hi when I turn on the TV the home screen is stuck on sky cinema and won't change with the remote TV works only with voice control?

Same here. Stuck on a screen showing the A-Z of Sky Cinema but can't close it or go home.  Funnily enough as I am typing this, it appears to have just fixed itself....

There's currently a widespread issue with Glass/Stream. Clearly it's a problem with Sky's backend and we're all at the mercy of the tech dude there eventually waking up and realising the system is currently dead. 

Voice control is functional, as a temporary workaround.

Say Sky Guide into the Voice Control to get around this until it's fixed 👍

We have the same problem home menu not working saying no service available but can use the microphone to change channels but home menue is just a blue screen

I'm getting the exact same problem,  please wait and sorry there are no programmes of this type available, but they are muddled up in the beginning, mic works and able to name a channel to watch that way, but seriously sky?! Get a grip and sort your s**t out! This sky glass service has been the worst you have ever produced so far! Can it get any worse?

Nope, false alarm. It was just the screen saver taking affect. Still stuck.

I have a message saying there are currently no programmes of this type during splayed on a blue screen with a buffering wheel . Tv will not let me do anything like go to the Home Screen . This is on my sky glass has anyone any ideas
