Sky glass menu not working

Menu not working, stuck on a-z of sky cinema , Tried usual reboot with no joy

I have the same issue , screen says " sorry there are no programs of this type available " nothing working !!

There's currently a widespread issue with Glass/Stream. Clearly it's a problem with Sky's backend and we're all at the mercy of the tech dude there eventually waking up and realising the system is currently dead. 

Voice control is functional, as a temporary workaround.

Voice remote lets you into Netflix, Disney or Amazon prime , by also saying their name into your voice remote

Ye, the screen savers do show up, I thought the same also, until I tried to watch something

I agree, you'd think that the services related to this premium product would be better supported.

I'm an IT manager and expect software/firmware updates from time to time, but a loss of service and/or functionality without warning is exceptionally poor.

Mine is showing the same - sky cinema films but no tv guide nothing 😞

@Window+11 issues with the rdmotes for Glass and Stream are common as Sky had a large bstch which were faulty. Call Sky and they will replace it. In the meantime twisting the remote with two hands can get them back eorking or you can usecan okd Q remote if have one.

Same issue here!! We're using voice control to change the channel lol.

Turned on this morning, cannot access sky glass Home Screen just shows sky cinema, have tried powering g off same thing. Can only access programmes by saying Sky guide ir playlist etc 

what us going on
