Can someone help and let me know if this is a Pcul issue

Hi this morning I turned my sky glass on. It loaded up the A to Z sky cinema page on start up. Home button loads this page as well. So far I've tried turning tv off. Turned the power off for 10 minutes. And turned the WiFi off. On power up after each of these it keeps reverting back to this one screen. It won't let me view anything other than sky cinema A to Z. Help

Voice controlling to "settings" shows it's still on the old firmware, so not related to the 014 update. Must be a backend thing with Sky's system.

There's some issues going on at Skys end. Affecting everyone. Hopefully they'll fix it when someone there wakes up.

My glass is stuck on the Sky Cinema screen, yes I can use voice but it's a pain and not a clever situation, come on Sky, sort it

Hi, I think I must be having the same problem as you. My handset stopped working earlier this morning not letting me access the Home Screen. I've tried a few things without success. Think it may result in a phone call.

My Home Screen on my tv keeps saying there's no programs available. Yes, and then there's a blue circle thing that keeps going round and then I have to talk into my remote to get a program. What's going on?. I have also turn the TV off at the wall and restarted the modem thing and some help would be great so I can have my home screen back to normal. Thank you

The same issue for me, I turned the TV on and off 4 times and still have the cinema screen. Can't navigate anywhere else, and can only use voice commands to get to other channels.

Mine is doing exactly the same thing. Both the main sky glass tv and puck.
