Hi all,
Thanks for your feedback.
Following your conversation, we've updated the information on our 'introduce a friend' page for clarity.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/introduce-a-friend-to-sky#
EDIT: at this time, the introduce a friend offer is not available for those taking Sky Glass.

Hi Mark,
When I referred my Dad he got sky Glass with Sky Ultimate and Sky Cinema packages and also switched to sky broadband.
I'm also a Sky Q customer have been with sky for 16 years. But the code wouldn't work and when I rang up sky about it (after them checking with lots of ppl within sky) they said you can't use it if someone is getting sky glass. It only working if the refered friend is getting sky Q
Regards

Thanks for the clarification and for arranging the website to be updated.
It would help if the message on the second screen was a bit clearer if instead of just saying that recommend a friend is currently not available for my type of account it said that I can not recommend a friend because I am a Sky Glass customer.

Yep, as Sky confirmed earlier in this thread.

The point I was originally making was that as a Sky Glass customer I can't introduce anybody regardless of what package they are taking. this isn't stated in the sky statement
