Bill more expensive than originally quoted

I am new to Sky and when i created my package it came to one amount now i have it installed it has gone up nearly £15 with not changes made, i only left Virgin because the price was so good with Sky.  Have i made the wrong decision while i still have time to change my mind?

It might be worth giving Sky a call on this so they can look into this to see if you are being billed correctly.

The first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover (longer than the usual 4 weeks) as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:

So have you checked your future bills to see what they show:

@LadyGarf

From a Sky mobile ~ Yes. If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t allow us to type the digits in full).

As with other large companies the start will be automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to. Depending on your particular issue the operating times of the various departments may differ.
