Credit refund

Hi i switched from sky q to glass and have credit sitting in my account do sky automatically refund this as q and glass are different billing and i dont have broadband with sky dont get why sky dont just credit it to the glass account

They can't as it's a different account. If you don't have Sky Broadband ring Sky and they can refund in 3-5 banking days.

Ok thanks will have to call them it did say when i changed to glass that credit would be refunded automatically thats not happened

Automatic refunds could take up to six weeks from the last day of your service connection and goes to the payment method on file if it’s still active, so quicker if you call.
