I am also having the same issue with my box where I cant access on demand and catch up, I have sky cinema in my pack but I cant access the on demand selections. Could my query aslo be escalted to an expert?

To use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription. Find out how to upgrade your subscription at sky.com/upgrade

 

However this is part of my package, I also have sky cinema and I cant access the on demand service for it along with the box sets etc

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

@Gkeane10  I've escalated again but remember you only have 48 hours to respond once an invite as been sent
