Can someone tell me in simple English what a 'Parked Charge' on my TV bill actually means.
My usual monthly charge has been taken from my bank but the'parked charge' has not been taken as I expected it would be. On asking an agent ( India ? ) I was told NOT to pay it. However on my phone app it says I must pay or risk a £10 charge.
The extra charge relates to a TV remote. - sent back to them a month ago.
