Peacock items not downloading

Almost everything I try to download on sky q comes up as item unavailable, I somehow managed to download an episode or two of monk but it won't let me download any more....

I am having the exact same issue with Peacock trying to download heroes.  I've managed to get a couple then it just won't download any more saying item unavailable.

Hi all. I'm having the same issue where I can download a couple of episodes and then the rest says fault with download. There must be an ongoing issue. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this. Thanks.

I'm having that same problems. Manage to download the occasional Monk episode but can't today. Haven been able to download House all week

There is the odd bit of programming within the Peacock advertising then? I hadn't noticed.

I'm having to unplug and reset my box after nearly every episode to be able to download the next, otherwise I keep getting failed, remote network issue. 
Not exactly ideal. 
Why release something when it's clearly not fully working

Thanks. I tried unplugging and downloading again yesterday but still it still didn't work. I'm with you there. Why bring out a service that isn't fully working. Not sure if anyone from sky is reading this or have been informed as we can't be the only ones having this issue.

Are you BT Broadband customers as there are ongoing issues with downloading various on demand content if you are.

@caesarome yes I am a BT Broadband customer. Is there a date of when this will be fixed by or if there is any work around in the meantime? Thanks.

I have tried to download from peacock on my sky a box but all I get is a banner saying to upgrade my package but can watch it on the sky go app.

It is being investigated by Sky as there have been loads of posts on this. In the meantime a possible work around can be found here

Just did a test. Tried downloading the latest episodes of SNL which all have the Peacock symbol on them. If I search it and select Standard format it doesn't work and just says upgrade package. If I go into the Peacock app I can download in Standard format but it doesn't have the latest episodes listed.

Very odd @RJD1910 so I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you tomorrow regarding this via a blue chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Everything on there is full of infuriating adverts before during and after & nothing in UHD.

 

many duplicates of "Sky" shows. 

I wish there was an advert free (in programming) section.

basically that would be iPlayer and ITV Hub & a bit of UKTV.

 

Sky stuff will never ever get on there if they did it as they are just about selling ad space not TV. More so since Comcast. 

Disney/Fox/Sky would have been a billion times better.
