Box Office Technical Fault

I have purchased the Tyson Fury v Dillian Whyte fight on BT Sport Box Office HD through my Sky Q box this evening. When the channel has loses it is saying that there is a technical fault with the channel. I have attached a photo. I have restarted the box and the same error message is on. Could anyone advise how to get the channel on? Annoying given that we have paid to watch the boxing!
