I am quite annoyed as always seem to have problems , i was watching sky arts channel and suddenly a black screen ? Now all channels say 'technical fault ' I have turned the tv off from mains and waited but still saying the same ?
i am actually regretting getting this sky streaming and just want my free view back .. there is always problems and I am paying a lot of money for this . Its infuriating watching something and this happens !

Turned internet on and off reset tv from mains still nothing did load for 5 seconds then frozen went of saying programme loading then went to a blue screen

I'm hacked off with this! Been trying all morning and still get the message 'Waiting for programme to load' Sky are a joke really!
My broadband signal doesn't ever reach the kitchen or bedroom and they are only 10 meters away from the modem!
why am I and many others paying almost £100 per month for a really crap service!
Sort yourselves out Sky and out the customer first!!

Issues this morning with Sky Stream - no live stream working. Broadband and Wi-Fi all perfect and from reading other posts this morning clearly the sky service has a central problem. Please update status for all and provide ETA for resolution

My live channels have gone on my Sky Glass TV. Tried reset several times and turned off my WiFi no change. To be honest I have had numerous issues with Sky Glass since it was installed two years ago. I wish I had never changed over from Sky Q. Sky you need to up your again to sort these problems out.

I am regretting getting this , I want to end my contract as always something ... watching tv shouldn't be a problem today .. I am paying alot of money .. I am not happy and want to get out of my contract as it's just not happening for me , I wish I could speak with someone at Sky but impossible so am stuck I guess .. but will take this further as was better off with just freeview .. please sort this out Sky

Put the sky glass on this morning ready for the formula one race. The screen is cutting out, not connecting, then connecting and lagging. All turned on and off, router isn't too far as it has never happened before. The TV keeps saying it is waiting for the programme to load. Tried other channels and it's happening for them all. Absolutely furious! Imagine paying for a service that doesn't work, I've tried to call SKY but getting no where with them. Anyone had a similar experience??

Cannot get any TV channels, keeps saying waiting for programme to load. Then the channel is freezing or speeding up and the volume isn't working either
