I took sky glass a few monts after they brought it out. They charge us a fortune for the privilage 0f being beta testers. It has so many issues but tody is a new low. I'll be glad when I can ditch this pony.
FIX THE ISSUEs SKY.

Same as all the above- no live TV channels working and left with a blank blue screen. Connection fine. Any updates as F1 is on shortly!!

I'm having the same, but mine goes to blue screen too, I have rebooted the puck several times this morning, also my broadband router but puck still not working properly,
I get " please wait for your program to load " it comes on the freezes and goes to blue screens

I am having the same problem. Try to call for the last 2 hours now u can't get through only a message statting. We are aware of the issue with sky glass we are trying to resolve the problem. Does anyone got news. This Sky Glass tv I will be returning and move away from Sky.

Thats what mine does without the blue screen I have rebooted it many time reset it on the box don't know what else I can do

I have the same issue. Software not updated. 100 mb on download. Tried leaving plug out for 10 minutes. Still the same. Software stil on QS017.005.01P. Read we should be on 02P. Can anyone help.
