Mobile data not working

My mobile data is not working. I am connected to 4G but it doesn't work. I have restarted my phone, downloaded new profile settings and nothing works. I also have data

Hi @myKlay  do you have access to another phone to try your sim in, if it works in another phone there is an issue with the phone/settings, if it doesn't work then try a new sim.

Hi John. Thanks for your reply. I have been a sky customer with the same sim for over a year. It is only today it stopped working. I don’t have access to another phone

Sims sometimes do develop faults so if there are no issues may be worth ordering one anyway.

Hey @myKlay,

 

We're having an issue with data this morning which support teams are looking into. You can try toggling airplane mode on and off throughout the day to get it working but it should be resolved ASAP!

My mobile data has not been working for two days now.  Wi-Fi is ok when at home just not the mobile  data
