Technical issues

I am trying to set up a new pay monthly mobile contract but I keep getting the error message: technical error. It's not you, it's us, try refreshing the page or using the link below. I've tried on multiple devices, browsers etc. I just want to order a new phone! Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks.
