@Joe-Bow  the status pages lag which they shouldn't but out of hours is pretty common. Once the customer services come on duty from 7am it should get fixed.

@Chrisee Does say checked at 06:51 though and that's not when I went to the status page, plus is after this issue started so exactly what and how is check is the question.

Have same issue.  Annoying.  Was thinking about adding pucks when move, but not so sure now.

@Susydo  This issue is relatively rare, but the fact  it still happens is frustrating.

There's seemingly no way of reporting it overnight/out of hours, status checks are not good enough and looks like there may be at least one single point of failure still on this part of the system.

I got the same message on my Sky Glass TV. It's quite annoying, hopefully they will fix this bug soon.

Ok so that was 6 days of intermittant 'programme is loading' blue screens followed by this mornings fault. Spoke to the Cancellation team who told me it works for thousands of people as though I'm the problem. What a horrible experience. Luckilly I'm well within the 31day cooling off period. Good luck everyone

Re: Message “sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available”

It happened to me this morning, rebooted but no resolution.
As with everyone else, using the mic brings up channels etc.

Left off watching for a few hours, switched on again with the same problem.  Unplugged to reboot, came back to it to switch on & Home page was back.

It probably was a National issue & a few hours probably was all it took to resolve at source.

A little patience was what was required.  Sometimes a glitch will happen, these happened with SkyQ box as well so Glass is not unique in showing problems but they do get sorted, if not immediately usually in a reasonable time.

@Happyglass9 it was an issue at Sky's end when a scheduled server update went wrong. It was fixed at 8.20am. Most customer's systems came back up without any reboot required a few didn't. Sky are looking into how these issues can be better handled in the future.
