Same issue here but as a few people have mentioned, I can watch most things by using the mic to get "Sky Guide". Hopefully resolved soon 🤞🏻

I've just got up and put my sky puck on and is saying the same thing please wait currently no programmes of this type available why do is this and I've teyed everything to get ot bk on

Looks like an issue at Sky's end which should get fixed so ne need to panic. As @braxiatel2 says voice search/control works as does text search access via the ... button.

Same issue here, reset the puck thinking it was a problem with the unit ... I wish I looked here first lol

Same issue thus morning must be widespread accross Sky Glass and the Puck, by using voice control you can watch channels

What an embarrassment. Yet again, Sky are showing their utter incompetence.
Quite what they do when testing these before rolling them out to customers is a mystery. Either their in-house development team needs an overhaul or they need to admit that they're just trying to go much too fast. People would rather have a stable product that they're paying a premium price for.

Same here, I used the mic to activate, its back on now, but still extremely frustrating!

Tell me about it 🙈 I have the wee box as well and that's down too! My boy little boy isn't going to be happy 🙈 never had any issue until I had this other box for the bedroom I've switched it all off nothing! Will call them after work if it still down
