I've got the error message sorry there are currently no programs of this type available tries rebooting the TV and nothing

My sky glass is saying currently no programmes of this type avaliable turned it off & on , rebooted my rooter , still not working .

Me too. Happening on the puck and TV so it looks like this is a nationwide issue. No problems with voice though so if you know what channel or app you want, use the voice and go from there.

Getting error message currently no programs of this type rebooted nothing is working 

 

tried talking into mic can bring up Netflix but no home page

Can't use Sky Glass this morning. Message says Sorry there are currently no programs of this type available. Tried rebooting it but it's not worked.

I'm getting the same message as everyone else. I use the voice control to open the TV guide and I can select a channel from there but if I click back, it goes straight back to the "no programmes availabke" message. Seems like it's a national issue though if there are a few of us having the same issue.

Yep same here. Must be a system wide issue again. Just say Sky Guide into the mic as recommended earlier in the thread. I'm sure it'll be fixed at some point

I am having the same problem when I turn my Sky Glass TV on:-

 

Sorry there are, currently no programmes of this type available - it has been over an hour I have been without service.

@Alan I am having the same problem when I turn my Sky Glass TV on:-

Thats what i've done, Thanks was able to get all channels up this way, Hope it gets a quick fix

I finished watching a program about an hour ago, pressed the home button to look for something else to watch and I got this message too. Tried turning off and on a couple of times but getting nowt. Tried voice control to get the EPG and it has a message "Restart what's on now". Not sure how to do that though.

Just adding my name to the list as having the same problem as well. Sounds like a national outage for sky so expect they will be on it soon. The voice option is a workaround.

Not good though and if it is something that keeps happening it will be going, already have a few other glitches with it.
