Message “sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available”

Just finished watching "Only Connect" from playlist, pressed exit, then home and the above message appeared. Switched off at mains, left it couple of minutes, when red light came on, switched TV on & message still there, and superimposed on the message  could just see "Please wait" and the little wheel spinning around.

Switched off at the wall and left it 5 mins, waited for red light to come on but no joy, still got the same problem.

What can be done to resolve it?

Issue seems to have been resolved ore in the process of being restored to those not yet up & runnong

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky Glass CH4 app issue

Anyone having issues with Ch4 app today on Sky Glass 26/09/2022? Just says unavailable Retry/ Signout?

On screen message "sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available"

Was watching football on C4 and pressed home button to change channels and this message appeared

have unplugged from mains several times, it re-boots but same screen comes up

Any ideas ?

I have same problem have done all the usual remedial stuff but still nothing

Sorry. There are currently no programs of this type available

I can speak to the remote and ask for say Bbc1 and watch tv. If I press the home button I get a blue screen with the above message. On all TV's

Having the exact same problem, tried unplugging for a while but still not fixed. 

Anyone managed to get it fixed?

Press mic and say " Sky guide" and you get in 

Sky Glass 55 and x3 Pucks and become very irritated by sky glass
Download 900 upload 300 so don’t blame my internet .

Happened to me too, all pucks and TV.  Must be a major platform outage.  How on Earth do you contact someone at this time of night for an issue like this, I wonder?  It doesn't seem like the platform is particularly well monitored so what next?

I'm having the same problem.  Watched House of Dragons fine but when finished got the same message. Turning off does nothing.

Mine doing the same... maybe a SKY Glass issue as it looks like its effecting a few people at the same time?

Anybody any luck to het this issue fixed?
