Just finished watching "Only Connect" from playlist, pressed exit, then home and the above message appeared. Switched off at mains, left it couple of minutes, when red light came on, switched TV on & message still there, and superimposed on the message could just see "Please wait" and the little wheel spinning around.
Switched off at the wall and left it 5 mins, waited for red light to come on but no joy, still got the same problem.
What can be done to resolve it?

Was watching football on C4 and pressed home button to change channels and this message appeared
have unplugged from mains several times, it re-boots but same screen comes up
Any ideas ?

I can speak to the remote and ask for say Bbc1 and watch tv. If I press the home button I get a blue screen with the above message. On all TV's

Having the exact same problem, tried unplugging for a while but still not fixed.

I'm having the same problem. Watched House of Dragons fine but when finished got the same message. Turning off does nothing.

Mine doing the same... maybe a SKY Glass issue as it looks like its effecting a few people at the same time?
Anybody any luck to het this issue fixed?
