Re: Message “sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available”
I have used your solution and asked for Sky Guide with the mic., got on to live TV.
Then tried a playlist programme, watched for a few minutes, exited and pressed home & got back on to live TV.
Seems OK.......for now, 🤞🤞🤞will see how long this lasts

Re: Message “sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available”
Unbelievably, it's suddenly started working - that's an hour of my life I won't get back - restarting, resetting, it made no difference. Then suddenly the homepage came up. I'm relieved but it’s frustrating

Seems like the whole system went down and are being restored gradually.

sorry there are currently no programmes of that type available
My sky glass screen displays the following error message.
sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available.
I have unplugged the box from the mains and left it for more than 20 seconds but the issue remains the same.
Sky support seems useless with this issue.

@Jayboy1990 It's still very unstable. Mines just crashed out again watching a programme.

Re: Message “sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available”
So the mic is allowing me to watch apps but not live TV. I've switched it off now and will try again in the morning 🤞

Makes a mockery of Sky's new glass advert...'smarter than a smart TV'😆

Re: Message “sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available”
Users need a way to be able to raise issues and get a response about Sky Glass problems outside of the core hours.
Emailing Viewer Relations or tweeting the Sky Help team in a vague hope you may get someone looking at a major issue like this immediately are in no way suitable for this.
Edit: Looks like Watch from Start is still not working.

Re: Message “sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available”
I've had Sky Stream for a week with the two pucks and I've already had enough. Live sport skips occasionally as I watch the match and now I've come to watch it and get a message 'Sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available' with the 'Please wait' imposed over the top of the error message. I have Virgin Media Broadband Gigabit package so broadband speed is not the issue. When the support opens at 9am I shall be phoning to cancel and will put this whole Sky Stream experience down as a mistake. I'll be going back to NowTV.
