Thank you! Hopefully they get it fixed soon. Having nothing but problems and really considering going back to previous provider.

Happened to me too, all pucks and TV.  Must be a major platform outage.  How on Earth do you contact someone at this time of night for an issue like this, I wonder?  It doesn't seem like the platform is particularly well monitored so what next?

@Joe-Bow  I've raised it in the closed area but it'll probably be tomorrow now before anyone picks this up unfortunately

I'm getting this same thing on screen too but talking to your remote or TV still works and lets you load in apps so maybe that'll help people with the issue a little bit

Re: Sorry. There are currently no programs of this type available

I have the same issue. Tried turning it off at the wall but that didn't resolve it. After seeing this post I tried speaking to the TV and asking it to bring up Netflix. This somehow brought up the main home page. Not overly happy with the TV so far. Can't chromecast, can't connect an outside sound system which needs an optic cable, no USB socket.  Maybe I should have researched more but you expect a 65inch TV to have all the usual functions on it

@GD1  I don't imagine there'll be any response at this time.  Sky help team gone at 21:00 on Twitter.
