How do i pay bill if postcode not recognised

Can someone help me. I was going to another company and was told to cancel my direct debit. Now i have a text on my phone asking me to set direct debit up and pay bill but when i call the number it asks me to put in my details but it is not recognising my postcode so i dont know what to do. I also want to upgrade but again i am not being recognised and say thre is a problem. I dont want to go with new company as i am not getting phone calls or when they were going to set up my package so i want full package with Sky who i trust more than this new company. How can i speak to customer services? Every number i call is going to the please pay bill but how can i if they wont accept my postcode!

I went online to pay but not sure if it went through. Nothing happened so i signed in to pay again and have left it there till i see if i get email to confirm payment. I am sure all details were correct before i sent it. Not sure what to do now. Thank you for your reply.

@Chrisee how did you ask? as there were no escalation markers on @hotstep posts so I've now marked one
