Still getting billed 2 months after cancelling sky broadband and future payments showing in account

As the post says still being billed and can't get to speak to anyone from sky, funny how they pick up when you are signing up to them, never again

How did you cancel?  Did you get confirmation?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Contacted sky yesterday and even though I cancelled my sky tv phone and broadband at the end of August and returned all the equipment in the package they sent me, they still charged me for a phone line that wasn't there's and for broadband which they have had the router back for, but cancelled my sky TV. Then proceeded to blame it on talk talk, who obviously denying any blame. Never again would I have anything to do with sky and I will never recommend it.  Robbing **bleep**

When you switch to another provider it's their responsibility to contact Sky to let them know. Looks like that was fouled up somewhere along the line. Could equally be TalkTalk at fault.
