Hi @Totalwar2
I suspect the UHD download is faulty as I get failed here

Thanks for the feedback.
Do you know if the Freaky HDR has Atmos sound as well.

Given that you can download the UHD/HDR version, why would you download the UHD/SDR version?

Was not sure that the hdr version had atmos sound.

Same here - getting 'failed, no subscription' error on the UHD version. Other UDH films download OK.
guess I'll be watching this tonight in HD then!

Does your Sky Q box support HDR? The UHD?HDR version works.

Have same problem here. Tried for 2 days to download/watch "Freaky" UHD movie but get a "Failed" due to "No Subscription". I do have subscriptions to movies and UHD and have no problem up to now downloading other UHD movies.
After reading above, I did manage to download the HD version but would prefer to see in UHD.
What is the issue here??

Do you have a Q box that has HDR? If so, you can download the UHD/HDR version. Something is wrong with the UHD/SDR version.

I checked and it seems I have an older UHD TV which only supports UHD 8-bit option in the sky q box, which I guess is what you call SDR. This viewing rejection is new to me, so I guess in future I'll need to keep an eye on the version of the movie and download in HD.

Good point. Just checked sky's website re UHD HDR which says set the setting to 10bit. my sky q box is set to UHD 8 bit. (Don't think my 6 year old Panasonic CX802b supports 10bit). Does HDR only work on 10bit TVs or should it still work with 8bit?
luckily I'm getting a new LG OLED tv next week so that may improve things!

Once you get your new TV, you'll be able to watch the UHD/HDR version.

@Stu+D afraid HDR only works when the box is set to 10bit so if your TV cannot accomodate this then unfortunately you will not get HDR

Anybody know how to get sky to look at fixing this? I have the pre-HDR box but would still like it in UHD?
