sky q stuck in standby for 2 days!

Hi all, my sky q box has been stuck in standby for 2 days now. I have done all checks and even an update but still nothing 😞 I have gone through the sky help checklist and still not resolved the issue, i am assuming that i need a new box but do not know how to get one and as another person has said dont really want to be on the phone for hours.  Cheers k

@k53  I'm afraid calling is your only option. I  called the other day and got through in less than 10 minutes so I certainly wasn't 'on the phone for hours '

When calling say 'technical' and ignore all the automated prompts to check message etc. and just stay on the line
